Fees:

My fees range from $120 to $160 per hour based on your income and financial situation. An initial 20 minute phone consultation is free.

I accept cash, personal cheques, Interac e-Transfers, and Paypal.

Approach:

My theoretical approach to counselling is psychodynamic, which means I always take into account the unconscious part of the equation. My orientation and training includes Jungian, relational, and mindfulness approaches and techniques.
