Anxiety

It could be said that people have never been more busy.  It is not surprising that anxiety and stress have become epidemic.  We find ourselves running to keep up, and by never pausing for reflection, it is easy to forget what we are running for.  Unfortunately many of us don’t realize the cost until it culminates in symptoms like panic attacks, debilitating fatigue, and health crises.
